This stay truly lives up to their slogan: 'as comfortable as home.' They really do have almost every amenity you'd find at home – an iron, washing machine, microwave, and so on. The service was excellent! They managed to get all four rooms for our large family on the same floor. However, it seems like every room might be a smoking room (even though we requested non-smoking and they sprayed a lot of air freshener, the smoke smell just wouldn't dissipate quickly 🥲). If you can't stand it, you can ask the front desk to change rooms, but there's no guarantee the next one will be smoke-free… we ended up with two smoky ones, haha! You can also often smell strong cigarette smoke in the hallway 🚬, because people in other rooms are heavy smokers 🤯. For a short trip, it's still okay, because it's a brief stay and we spend most of our time out of the room… maybe we were just really unlucky… No issues with noise, though. I saw some comments before about poor soundproofing, but honestly, it's quite good… and I'm a light sleeper.

The room was quite spacious and the soundproofing was good. The hotel is very close to the subway station. My child found the pillows a bit hard to sleep on, but they were fine for adults. When we ordered takeout, the robot delivered it to the room and called us when it arrived at the door. The voice was really cute, and the robot deserves a good review. My mom even wanted to give it candy; the kids loved it.
