Very satisfied. The mountain view room we stayed in actually had mountains outside the window, so it was very quiet to sleep at night. From outside the room, you could walk to the yard and have a view of Dianchi Lake and the city. The room facilities are comfortable and elegant, and the items are all genuine. A tree grows from the ground to the third floor, leaving a special passage for it. This intention is rare in China. If you want to be in a daze, find a quiet creative partner, highly recommended. The boss is an elegant lady who knows her way around fragrances and is sincere and approachable in her dealings with others.

The room was super clean and convenient. No more fussing with key cards for power, which was a nice touch. The housekeeper, a lovely lady, was incredibly attentive; she helped me print some documents and even brought fresh fruit. On top of that, I could store my luggage after check-out the next day. Overall, the entire stay was fantastic! The toiletries and bath products in the room were excellent, and even the slippers and toilet were spotless!

We would 100% recommend to stay at this hotel. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. The hotel and garden are absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very comfortable. There is a self cleaning toilet, a big shower, a comfortable bed, a nice small sitting area and our room also had a private balcony with a beautiful view. Every morning we were welcomed around the big table with delicious Yunnan coffee and the most delicious home cooked breakfast. The host is an amazing cook. It was a very pleasant surprise every morning. The location of the hotel is also amazing. In less than 5 minutes walk you reach Chamahua street with many local food options. In less than 10 minutes you can hike in the Xishan scenic area and visit beautiful temples. By metro and taxi you can easily reach the city center. Also, if you don't speak Chinese like us, it's not a problem. One of the hosts speak a bit if English and everyone was really making an effort to communicate with translation apps.
