The overall service was excellent, the room facilities were brand new and in perfect condition, and breakfast was plentiful. Front desk staff Xiao Shao was very polite and patiently answered all my questions. The check-in process was very smooth. Highly recommended.

I spontaneously decided to take my family to Bacheng Old Street and Yangcheng Lake for the National Day holiday, so I booked this hotel. We arrived quite early and checked our luggage, then took a taxi to Bacheng Old Street to explore. When we returned to the hotel, our room was already ready. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the Barbie-themed pink room was really unique! The next morning, the breakfast was also good. After a bowl of Aozhao noodles, we were full and ready to head to Yangcheng Lake for a boat ride.

Kunshan Fairfield by Marriott is highly recommended, especially thanks to the front desk staff, Xiao Zhou, for being so attentive to guests' needs. We had a comfortable and reassuring stay, and we will definitely come back again.

The hotel's overall quality was excellent. The mattress was very comfortable to sleep on, and the bathroom was clean and dry. Responses were prompt, there was no noise, and the value for money was great. The staff were warm and attentive; they even quickly informed me when I left some small items behind and mailed them to my home. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.
