Crowne Plaza KUNSHAN EAST by IHG

Booked this hotel for a Scottish Premiership match, and the stay was fantastic! Got a free upgrade to a river view room. The front desk staff were all smiles and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The room itself was huge, with a well-thought-out and comfortable layout! Absolutely superb!!!

I go there every year. The hotel's location is convenient, and the service is great. The view from the window is excellent.

This was my first stay at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. The fitness center and swimming pool on the 5th floor are perfect for families with children. Since it's located by the lake, we were able to wake up early and take the kids for a walk and some photos by the lake in the morning.

I always choose this hotel, but the bottled water is something I've never been able to get used to.

The room is very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The room decor is also excellent. Kiko at the front desk provided wonderful service.

Whenever I have nowhere else to go, I choose this hotel. I enjoy a leisurely breakfast there, just taking my time. I really like the room layout, especially the twin-bed rooms – they offer great privacy and the space is well-designed and convenient. The toiletries have a scent I particularly like. The bed is large and very comfortable, though the pillows could use some improvement as they're a bit too flat. The front desk staff is pretty and very helpful, though I always forget her name – probably because I'm just admiring her looks! Oh, and one thing: for a five-star hotel, the fridge being empty isn't very reasonable.

I have to mention how delicious the breakfast was here. The chef at the egg station patiently made me omelets for several days straight, though he seemed a bit serious. The lady at the noodle station was very polite and made excellent noodles. The managers in suits at the breakfast restaurant seemed to work very hard, and the greeter girls at the entrance were also lovely. I especially want to highlight the front desk manager – she worked incredibly hard! She was handling things at the front desk, then moving to the concierge, and then I even saw her clearing plates in the buffet restaurant. I stayed for 4-5 days and found her to be wonderful; she always fulfilled any request I had. Thumbs up!

The room was clean, facilities well-maintained, and the bedding comfortable, making for a great stay. I even got upgraded to an executive floor during the May Day holiday, and the front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful with good quality food and drinks, and the taste suited me perfectly. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and the room offers beautiful city views.
