Crowne Plaza KUNSHAN EAST by IHG

This hotel is brand new, with Crowne Plaza on the 1st floor and Holiday Inn on the 2nd. We specifically chose Crowne Plaza this time for the bathtub. The recreational facilities are shared with the Holiday Inn. What really impressed me was the swimming pool. Picture 2 shows the gym lobby, which is beautifully decorated, and the equipment inside is quite good; the Patriot hairdryer, for example, is just as effective as some more famous brands. Breakfast felt a bit rushed, though. If you go down around 9:40 AM, many items aren't replenished, but the pan-fried buns at breakfast were incredibly delicious. Despite the high guest traffic, I never once had to wait or feel crowded in the elevators. The service was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the cleanest rooms, and the bedding was great, making for a very comfortable sleep. The crib, an IKEA one, was also very good. The hotel's service is also excellent, and they even provide car charging. The location is also fantastic; I heard it's very close to Line 11, so next time I might even take the subway to stay here.

Located just 4 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, this hotel is a top choice for concert-goers. The front desk staff were polite and maintained a professional distance. The room was quite unique, with a sofa and a round table placed between the two beds, perfect for enjoying some late-night snacks while watching TV.

The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, perfect for an evening stroll or a morning run. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and breakfast was plentiful. We had a wonderful experience and it's definitely worth staying here again!

The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, and the rooms are very comfortable. The front desk service is attentive and thoughtful. There's a commercial plaza nearby. However, the room was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't work. The restaurant offers a rich variety of breakfast dishes. It's a good hotel, recommended.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, the concierge greeted me with a warm smile, and the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly helped me check in. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the buffet dinner and desserts at the Furong Western Restaurant were excellent! 👍👍 Highly recommended.

My partner and I drove an hour from Shanghai to Kunshan for a weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, a high-end, star-rated hotel that's been open for a year. It's located at 333 Qianjin East Road, and Xiajiahe Park Station on Metro Line 11 is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is upscale and well-equipped. The surrounding area offers parks perfect for a stroll and relaxation, plus nearby amenities like Seamall Plaza and RT-Mart supermarket. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful, with two levels in the underground garage and additional spaces available above ground. Most of the staff were energetic young people, and their service was excellent – very warm and attentive. On the evening of our check-in, we even saw two coach buses full of Jiangsu Super League fans dining in the hotel's Western restaurant, which made for a lively atmosphere. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor was a bit pricey, as expected for a high-end hotel, but I really enjoyed the food. After we ordered, the staff kindly pointed out that we'd ordered too much for just two people and explained the portion sizes. I ended up cutting two dishes from our order, and what we received was just the right amount. The breakfast buffet was also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, including the local specialty, Kunshan Azao noodles. A steaming bowl of those was both heartwarming and stomach-warming. Overall, I think this was a very good stay.
