The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there.
The breakfast is great with many choices.
The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening.
Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay)
Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)

It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try.

Review of My Stay at Kunshan Crowne Plaza Hotel
I would like to particularly commend Mr. Zhu for his outstanding service. He was extremely attentive and went above and beyond by helping me switch to a more comfortable latex pillow.
However, I have one suggestion for improvement regarding the air conditioning. I found it to be insufficiently cool. The room temperature consistently remained at 25-26 degrees Celsius, which made sleeping at night somewhat uncomfortable due to the heat.

Five star hotel in all the ways that count. Beautiful rooms, full ensuite with deep soak tub, quiet, clean and affordable priced for the quality of the property.
Breakfast buffet had a large selection of western options, as well as Asian dishes plus a full range of pastries, breads, soups, porridges, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese board with cold meats and the list goes on, and on, and on. Many staff on hand managing the different stations. Also huge window of availability 0630 to 1000.
Attached is a huge mall and half a block away is an Apple Store.
Can’t rave enough about our experience. A+
