怎麼説呢，前台態度不好。酒店沒有電梯，爬了5樓，前台嘲諷説，你們本來訂的就是特價房，就5樓換不了，因為是一次性訂的，訂了兩天，均下來兩天的價格每天是102元。不算便宜吧？？？上去以後，酒店的被子就這樣亂鋪了一下，沒有抹平，上面還有污漬。廁所的燈很黑，反正就是這樣了，沒有電梯，沒有服務，沒有環境

一進門小小的門廳亂七八糟，吧枱業務不熟練十分鐘才開好，樓梯上到二樓一股黴味，打開房間濃烈刺鼻的煙味，讓換個房間説沒有了，檢查發現床單被罩換了，整套沒換，摸上去油膩膩的，無奈太晚衹能住下，早上退房才發現他們房間的毛巾又黃又臟，還是查房的保潔發現的，説我們弄臟的不給退按金要扣錢，跟老闆理論一番自知理虧給退了按金，
