Главный плюс-расположение, в исторической части города на берегу Тобола. Номера, даже стандарты-большие, кровать удобная. Водичка в номере в 4* как бы должна присутствовать по умолчанию, но надо специально просить, и то-не всегда дают. Завтраки довольно скудные, выбора блюд почти нет.

К отелю претензий почти нет. Хотя мой коллега чуть не окочурился из-за холода в своем номере. У меня все было нормально. К раннему выезду мы попросили ланч-бокс. Нам был положен ОПЛАЧЕННЫЙ завтрак (если завтракать в отеле, то очень и очень прилично).Но то, что нам положили в ланч-бокс вызвало просто шок. Яблочко, дешевый йогурт, батончик и сэндвич. Сэндвич и вызвал удивление: между двух нормальных кусков хлеба лежал чахлый листочек салата, и тонюсенькие ломтики сыра и колбасы. просто невесомые. Все упаковано в контейнер из вспененного полиуретана (зачем? какое тепло или холод он должен создать? лишний кусок мусора на планете?) Это все за 300р стоимости завтрака?! Вам не стыдно?
