"The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble."

The room had cockroaches. The deluxe room we booked for 3 people....had 1 thin mattress strewn on the floor for the 3rd person. Not worth the price as we paid $80 sgd for this room. "That's not a hotel by any definition. I am terribly disappointed. It was so bad that we couldn't stay there for even an hour, we searched for another hotel in that locality and checked out from r recidency as soon as we found another hotel. This means the money we spent for r recidency is totally wasted. Coming to the property condition, following is the state : 1. No power backup and power cut is a regular thing there 2. They gave us 2 rooms which had no windows 3. There was no water coming from the taps, it took around 40 mins for them to provide water after we complained 4. The bathroom had 1 light bulb but it was not working. 5. There was no drainage for water in the bathrooms. 7. That place was full of mosquitoes 8. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned from ages 9. The property has not been painted in a long time and ants are everywhere in the rooms 10. They had joined 2 single beds to make double bed in one of the rooms. And the problem was there were iron nails standing out of the joint part of the bed. But they didn't even provide a good mattress covering those nails. Meaning to say if someone sleeps on that bed he will be seriously injured. That place is very hot and humid; imagine staying in such a place inside a room with no windows and full of mosquitoes when there is no electricity. And sleeping on a bed of iron nails. I think i made myself clear on why i rated it 1. It doesn't even deserve 1, but there is no option to rate in negatives."
