We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home.

Overall the property is very good, clean, new and well maintained. Only the dinner service was In buffet style and choices of food is not up to the standard of this Onsen. Breakfast is served in buffet is fine. WiFi is weak. Staff service is very good.

The hotel is large with excellent facilities, good service, bedrooms and pyjamas are clean, the dinner cuisine is abundant, overall, I would give it a 5-star score.

Hotel room is new & clean

The room is very big, clean and sanitary, highly recommended If you don't want to go to the large public bath, the hotel has three private hot springs available for reservation at very reasonable prices. The room has a view of the magnificent bridge and river, with a small train passing over the bridge. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, the food is of normal standard!

A standard Japanese hot spring hotel with weakly alkaline water. The room I booked online was 60 square meters, which was not the actual room. I could see the canyon from one corner of the room. It was probably fully booked due to the short holiday. Breakfast and dinner were buffets, with local specialties mainly Japanese and Western food.

The room I booked should be the largest room with the best view in the hotel. It is indeed very comfortable and the buffet is very rich. However, there are many people and you need to go according to the scheduled time when checking in. Fortunately, I went later than the scheduled time. There were too many people queuing up when I went early. Because I didn't make an appointment for breakfast, I had to queue up on site, which took longer. I didn't expect so many people to travel in the off-season. I guess it's because the cost-effectiveness is high. The buffet is worth half of the room price.

The room is big, the hotel is clean and sanitary, the scenery is beautiful, and you can enjoy the passing of the train from the room. The buffet meals are delicious, with a wide variety of food and some local specialties.

Maybe it was the off-season (Tateyama was not open), the railway in Kurobe Gorge was not running, and there were few tourists in Unazuki Onsen, but this hotel was doing a booming business, and the quality of the meal was very high.
