What has happened to the food quality and quantity. Went 13th feb 2025 and what a dissapointment. Fish and chips is a normal staple and usually generous however mine was very few chips and 2 very flat and small pieces of fish that had been cooked till the whole fish could not be broken with a fork. The steak special was a lump of beef cooked ok but poor quality meat and was tough as nails. Kids nuggets over cooked. Went home hungry which has never happened previously and we have eaten here probably 50 times.

Great location for visiting the Blue mountains, great facilities and just a bit too far if you are going to Sydney.

Absolutely loved my stay at Richmond Inn. Delicious meal, great service, gorgeous room, comfortable bed, quiet location in beautiful historic Richmond, and by far the best shower I have had in any hotel anywhere ever. Extremely good value for money 11/10

Rooms are lovely and modern and having the pub attached is a bonus especially on a work trip where at the end of the day you can't be bothered to go out :) Only one negative would be that there's quite a gap under the front door which leads to a few bugs crawling into the room.

Have never been disappointed with the meals, delicious and filling a few areas to choose to sit and eat, love the kids area is in view of the outdoor tables, free kids meals with full priced adult meals. Weeknight special and lunch specials are also good. Location is ideal across from train station and right next to the shopping centre other cafe and the Saturday markets at the oval We had family stay in the accommodation a few weeks back now, we did stop in to see the room prior to dinner and wow! Cozy clean and warmth/welcoming room. Made me want to have our own staycation. Only fault is the step up, trip Hazzard and thats with out any drinks. Although it's pub accommodation the noise from the pub wasn't bothersome for them. I'm now recommending to all family and friend who need accommodation when visiting.
