Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained and the rooms are clean. The free parking is very convenient. The room and bed are quite spacious, the air conditioning is cold enough, and overall it offers good value for money.

It was very good. The hotel room was large, odorless, and pleasant. The staff were also friendly. The parking lot was very spacious, which was convenient. If I ever visit this city again, I'll definitely stay here.

This was the most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Although it's an older property, the interior and facilities were all exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, and with free parking and a beautiful garden, it was truly the best hotel.

An absolutely wonderful place! I never expected to find such a great and affordable stay in Kurume. It's an older hotel, but it's very well-maintained and clean. The staff are super friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic, served dish by dish. The bed was very comfortable. There's even a garden behind the hotel and plenty of parking spaces out front. I loved it!

Service by the hotel employees is not bad. However, the room and bathroom seriously need a revamp. The bathroom ceiling is mouldy and the bed is stiff. The aircon had a white noise and is much annoying when it is quiet at night.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff. Definitely 100% recommended. We loved it; the room was quite large for what's available in Japan. We will definitely return when we go to Kurum
