Green Rich Hotel Kurume Reviews

Hotel is clean, with hot springs and sauna. Room is bigger than average Japanese hotel. Additional fee for parking is 1200 yen.

Traffic is convenient, onsen is good (not many people), many restaurants nearby. The room is not really big. Staff are helpful.

My family and I had great time. Very relaxed and clean hotel. Feels like going back home. Very beautiful when it snowed outside.

Everything is good but not the wifi. Always launched without Internet connections.

overall experience was okay…pretty new hotel with spacious room & toilet/bath. found uncleared pair of disposable contact lens at bed head. check-in clerk was very unfriendly & attitude was poor…made us felt unwelcomed & unhappy,wish we could be served by another person rather than she!

The good thing is provided the public bath for customers. Have to pay for parking. The washing machine and dryer are separate and you have to prepare your own detergent.

Clean facilities and a fantastic location, conveniently close to the station, shopping street, and cultural street.

Very convenient, will definitely stay again.

Service is highly recommend

The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. Hotel guests receive a voucher to use the large public bath on the second floor. Breakfast hours are quite generous, but the selection is basic – just enough to grab a quick bite.
