Resort Amanzi

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! Right from our arrival, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel instantly at ease. The property is breathtaking—beautifully maintained, tastefully designed, and striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The room was spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with all the essentials for a peaceful stay. Every detail showcased the hotel’s commitment to excellence.The food was tasty. Definitely a five-star experience—I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It’s really a nice n very very good property with spectacular view of lake ,hills .the location is little outside but still its worthful to visit this property .one should definitely take off for 2-3 days from their daily hustle bustle and visit this property for sure for relaxing.I would definitely visit it again

We stayed at Amanzi, and from the moment we arrived, it was a different experience. Despite this, we remained positive. We had planned to book the rooms after checking out the property, but at the gate, they stopped us and demanded a cover charge of Rs 1000 to enter. Inside, the conversation was constantly centred around money. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed more concerned about making money than about providing a warm welcome. Our first room, which cost Rs 22000, had a broken bathroom gate and an open balcony door. When we informed them that we couldn’t stay there, they sent a carpenter to fix it. However, when we asked why they were wasting our time, they argued and then gave us another room, which was even a downgrade from the one we had chosen. Even on our bad experience, they didn’t offer to upgrade the room, which is a clear sign of a lack of hospitality. There were many other issues, including no hot water in the washrooms, staff who weren’t trained for professionalism, and no room for the driver. We had to pay for the driver’s food from their restaurant, which cost us Rs 2000 for a single meal, as there was nothing near the property. To add insult to injury, we gave him a pre-made tea from the buffet, only to find that it had been added to the bill without our knowledge. They truly lack basic humanity. Also want to add if you are checking room pictures, they have included the common areas pictures in the rooms images, the room is very small.

We traveled to Amanzi in monsoon for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely worth it. The location, food, service everything is top notch. Loved the view and vicinity which is very well maintained and has lovely staff members. We specially loved the food. We had all meals inclusive plan and their live counters as well as buffets are a wow!! Cherry on the top was availability of the electric vehicle charging points for us.

The Amanzi Resort is undoubtedly a beautiful property overlooking the serene Pawna Lake. From their super deluxe rooms, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms are of decent size and the service is of the highest standard. That said, I rated the property 4 stars instead of 5, and here are the reasons: 1. Food Quality & Pricing : The food is average, with a limited spread. • Desserts leave much to be desired. For example, the Rasmalai served at lunch tasted more like rasgulla dipped in milk syrup. • At dinner, we were served Carrot Halwa made from Ooty carrots, which are harder and less flavorful compared to winter carrots, making the dish rather bland. • Even simple items like buttermilk were highly chargeable, which felt unreasonable. 2. Accessibility for Senior Citizens : While the property is impressive, it is not senior-friendly. • Accessing the restaurant or super deluxe rooms (704–706) requires climbing 5–7 large steps, but there are no handrails, making movement difficult for elderly guests. 3. Outdoor Seating : The lawn facing the lake lacks sufficient seating arrangements. • This limits the opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy time with family and friends in the open air. 4. Room Ventilation : Though the rooms are comfortable, the absence of net meshes on windows means you cannot keep them open without inviting insects inside. 5. Pricing for Extra Guests• We paid around ₹23,000 per room (all inclusive). • However, the charge for an extra person was ₹9,950/-. • This pricing felt disproportionate compared to standard practices at similar resorts. I would like to conclude by saying that the Amanzi Resort offers stunning views and excellent service, but improvements in food quality, accessibility, outdoor seating, and pricing policies would make the experience truly five-star.

Excellent property, delicious food & great location and serene peaceful environment to relax and rejuvenate amidst the nature
