Kusatsu Onsen 326 Yamanoyu Hotel Reviews

Everything was great, but it's a bit of a walk from the station. You have to go quite a ways uphill from the hotel to the station, which would be tough with luggage. It's very close to Kusatsu Onsen Yubatake, and the hotel's own hot spring is also excellent. The most awkward part was that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Although the front desk staff were very kind and offered to help with my bags, when I was leaving, no one was around to assist me. Also, I couldn't find any hotel slippers, so I guess they aren't provided.

Hot springs, breakfast, and yukata are all included, and for this price, it's an excellent deal!

There were no slippers in the room, and they were sold for 100 yen a pair. The room itself was clean, but it was a shame to find a lot of dust on the bed frame. I couldn't stop coughing because of the dust. The breakfast, however, was very delicious.

The hotel is clean and near to the main attraction. There is Onsen in the hotel as well The staff is friendly.

Great breakfast

When I put a towel in the collection box, a hotel employee told me, "Please don't throw away trash," and even after I explained it was a towel, they said things like, "You put trash in there, didn't you?" which I found unpleasant. My satisfaction with the service was low. While I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, access to the Yubatake hot spring, and the bread breakfast, the behavior of some staff members could easily spoil an otherwise pleasant stay. Also, I think the hotel would be even more comfortable if amenities included things like lotion and moisturizer.

I stayed in room 205. The room was quiet and very clean. The surrounding area was peaceful with great views. The breakfast was ordinary, but the sweet potato croissant was a pleasant surprise – it was delicious! The onsen (hot spring) was very relaxing. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, which is a bit inconvenient with luggage, but you get what you pay for, so overall it was very good. I recommend staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Yubatake hot springs in Kusatsu Onsen. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly, and the hotel has a hot spring, so we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

A small, cozy inn; not luxurious, but with everything you need. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly, and it's very close to the bathhouse. Highly recommended if you're traveling alone to Kusatsu to enjoy the public baths and the atmosphere of a hot spring town. I'd love to visit again.
