I am very grateful that there is hotspring serving directly in my room. In addition to that, there are 4 more private hotspring rooms which can be freely used 24h whenever they are not occupied. My room is a lot bigger than what I expected. The meals are good and the staff are friendly. There are lots of free servings such as draft beer during different time of the day. There is scheduled shuttle bus going between the hotel and the central area.

I appreciate the service and facilities in the hotel. Although the location is a bit far away from the hot spring street, the environment is very quiet and pleasant. I must commend the hotel staff who helped my son to search his missing door key. They are very helpful and polite. It is really a good experience to share.

Pros: 1. The room was incredibly spacious, with 4 beds even though we were only a party of 3. The mountain view from the room was fantastic! 2. Overall cleanliness was good. 3. Excellent location near Yubatake, where local shops and dining options are plentiful. 4. The private onsen was amazing, with a convenient button to refill hot water into the tub. 5. Special afternoon and evening times offered free food at the lounges, including ice cream, turnip soup, sausages, noodles, and special amenities like complimentary interdental brushes and facial masks. 6. Hotel staff provided excellent and efficient service. 7. Dinner was a delightful 7-course meal, with each evening featuring a different menu. 8. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. 9. The complimentary parking area was spacious with plenty of spots, located right next to the hotel entrance. Cons: 1. There isn't much to criticise about the place. Perhaps the breakfast spread could vary slightly each day.

No towels are provided in the public hot spring places and needa to bring from room to the onsen spot. Asked the staff about the routes from Kusatsu to Shinjuku and they have no clue at all. Finally got one English speaking staff told us that theres direct bus from the station to Shinjuku. Asked again whether advanced booking of the bus tickets are needed and the staff said it’s not necessary. We ended up the next day missed two earlier buses coz they were already full and we were reluctant to have 2 times transport changes by asking the tourism information centre. Barely staffs can speak and understand English well. However, the French set dinner are really nice and out of our expectations.

Hotel not good for big group family travel with minibus.

The room is excellent. I can hv hot spring inside the room.

The hotel is located far away, walk to more than 10 minutes to go up the ramp, a parking 2 dinner can, breakfast variety is relatively small, hot spring is more excellent there are 4 private soup can be a family soak, the only unpleasant is the front table male staff asked him to wear checked luggage and said I was blocking the back,

If it is 1-2 days before check-in, we will send an email to inform you that the shuttle bus time will be more perfect! The hotel has different snacks at different times, and unlimited drinks are provided for free. I am very satisfied if I want to have another snack after soaking in the hot spring!

The room is OK, but the location is a bit remote. It is a bit inconvenient if you are not driving. The design of the hot spring and bathing area is unreasonable, and there are no curtains, which is inconvenient for lesbians.

Beautiful hotel, good service. Although the breakfast does not have many varieties, it is acceptable. The dinner was beautifully presented, but not delicious. Parking is convenient and the environment is beautiful. I will consider staying here again, but I will not use the hotel for food and beverages again.

The room is large and the service is perfect. Food is provided at every time. Both the room and the public hot spring are experienced. It is recommended to include dinner. It is full of ritual. It is worth staying and recommending to everyone~

This is not a hot spring hotel located near the center of the hot spring. It is located some distance away. The building is very new, clean and tidy. All the facilities are new and very comfortable. There are also landscaping in different areas, which is very detailed.  In terms of hot springs, they are obviously very hot. There are natural and non-natural mixed hot springs of different types and functions. The sauna part is also quite satisfactory. It is also easy to use in the private room in the room. It can be filled with water quickly and heated to a suitable level. There is enough space to adjust it. Although the terrace does not have any special scenery, it is very suitable for group travel. You can gently dry your clothes or chat.  However, the food is not satisfactory. The main reason is that the dinner is French-style Western food, not the exquisite kaiseki cuisine of a traditional Japanese hotel. The overall food quality is acceptable, not very good. There are many choices for breakfast, and the taste is also exquisite.  The hotel has a variety of shuttle services to and from city center attractions, so please pay attention to the specific timetable. In addition, there are many details in the arrangement of hotel facilities, such as different food, drinks, and snacks being arranged at different times. 

There are enough hot springs to soak in, the facilities are clean, the food style and taste are good, the room is spacious and themed, and the beds and pillows are comfortable.

The facilities were new and the hotel staff were very friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. The private open-air bath was also great for relaxing. The open-air bath in the room was also very pleasant.
