We stayed with family in Room ,203 at Memoire Hotel and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Our room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a convenient bidet spray. The hotel's location was ideal—easily accessible to major attractions while still offering a serene atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a diverse selection of delicious options. The terrace, with its stunning views, provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, Memoire Hotel surpassed our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Very centrally located hotel in an old house which is aesthetically renovated. Friendly staff. The room is very hot and the airconditioning is very loud. They offer a pick up from the airport, but charge double the fee of a taxi to bring one to the airport.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location. Fell in love with it. This hotel has such a nice quaint feel to it. The size of the rooms was good, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast time used to be the best time, since they had a young girl playing the violin everyday while we relished the buffet.

The hotel has been created inside a renewed old Georgina house. Some things are very nice, some other need improvement but overall is a good hotel balancing quality and price. The rooms are very big (were old spaces of the house) and ours has a beautiful balcony. Cleanness not bad but should be improved. Location is good, near the main square or the city. The breakfast is poor, should also be improved.

Terrible customer service 😑 We have booked the room and the special photo shooting for our wedding, but when we arrived there it appeared that our room was already occupied by other guests. They have changed the room and cancelled the photography session as well. Nevertheless, they have charged us the full price. Before wedding I've called several times and even visited the hotel but they have never explained "their rules". They're lying and overcharging their guests! Not recommended!! 😕

Location was perfect. Style of hotel really interesting. If you are foriegner tourist and want to feel old georgian "soul" you must visit here. Songs on breakfast are Georgian too.It was clean, but not super clean.Poor breakfast. I think in this price there are better hotels in Kutaisi , but for one night it's really interesting.

Very descent hotel with stylish and rather spacious rooms, friendly staff, extremely well located, rich breakfast with local food and wine bar. We had stayed here before and will stay again. Rooms without balcony are also very nice but if you want a balcony, you should ask for it when you do the booking.

Smart and cozy hotel with a great atmosphere. Noticeable wine cellar worth a visit. Great location - 5 minutes walk to city centre. Spacious rooms - each room have it’s own unique name and designation. Definitely we will return here once again.
