Prestige Guest House

Before arrival I had first contact with trip email to the hotel possibility, and later also with Whatsapp. The contact was good and reactions were fast. A previous Trip review stated, that he had to pay again after paying on Trip. In my case he kindly asked if I had paid already, so there is improvement. The room was, as expected. I liked the poasibilty of opening a window and the nice balcony. I had a very good sleep. I could only see 2 minor possibilties of imlrovement. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go out in the night to find the guy. He somehow knew that I was coming, so it was solved quickly (contrary to my expectation in the description there was not a clear reception, which actually could be expected as it is a very small hotel. The second opportunity for improvement could be the door. It gave some issues with closing. I might therefore have prodhced some noise in the night, my excuses to the neighbour. When I arrived I told that I wanted to go to Tblisi, he said that the bus was the best way to do this and that he would bring me. In the morning he woke me up and brought me to the bus station, I arrived at a good time in Tblisi. I did take some pictures from the kitchen There was free coffee, creamer and tea.

The listing stated that the room was on the 2nd floor. I even paid a higher rate specifically because of this factual representation, which proved false. The room I actually received was on the ground floor and was less than 100 feet from the neighbor's extremely loud amplified speakers that blast at maximum volume all day long. I couldn't even use the balcony because of this nonstop, disrespectful disturbance. They open their windows and doors and blast their loudspeakers on very high volume. So, for me, the "guest," that meant no balcony, no open window and zero fresh air. Please Google the term "bare beating." This noise pollution was quite stressful and I had to use earplugs, which still couldn't overpower the loud speakers, even with the windows closed. There is absolutely nothing "prestigious" about this place.

It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well. We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.
