Green Palace Kutaisi

1. The room had mold by the window, causing an unpleasant smell. It's very strange why they would rent it out. They refused our request to change rooms. 2. At 2 AM, a large group arrived and started checking in with so much noise and shouting that we woke up. They spent 1.5 hours talking loudly, and the hotel administration didn't react at all, which surprised us since there were other guests in the hotel. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear absolutely everything. 3. Breakfast was mediocre. In conclusion, the hotel has good renovations and a decent location, but the service is awful, and there's no soundproofing. We do not recommend it.

The location, price, breakfast, and air conditioning were good. However, the mattress was unfortunately much too hard, and despite repeated requests, the promised second duvet to sleep on wasn't brought to me even by the third night! The thin walls of the rooms are also a reason I wouldn't book this hotel again.

Excellent hotel conveniently located near the cable car in Kutaisi. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and breakfast is available. They also have their own parking.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. The only things that leave a lot to be desired are the breakfast and the very uncomfortable (hard and high) pillows.

I booked a room for four people, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea, but upon arrival they said only breakfast would be provided. I don't know why. I'll check with trip.com again when I get back.
