For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. It's very quiet. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. There's no onsen (hot spring), but you can use the onsen at the sister hotel, Vale. A noticeable problem is the poor soundproofing. The walls are okay, but the doors aren't soundproof.

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

We were actually the first guests in the hotel... and we were given flowers The service is really good! It's right in front of the family cable car, so convenient. The room is also very comfortable. This time I stayed in two rooms with complete facilities. You can watch Netflix directly on the TV, and there is a private bath in the room. After skiing, soak in the snow and resurrect with full blood.

Оформили. Трансфером довезли до нашего отеля. Все вопросы, которые у нас возникали при проживании в отеле быстро решались через WhatsApp. Кухня в номере очень понравилась, смотрите фотографии. Ванная большая, просторная. В номере чисто. Будем советовать друзьям.

The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.
