Days Inn by Wyndham Kuttawa/Eddyville

The floor was so dirty when i took off my shoes they turned my feet black. I asked the desk clerk to have the floor clean but that evening the same thing happened

Overall, it was decent for the money. There were a few spot of mold in the bathroom. The ice maker was not working. On the other hand, someone came right out with new towels for the pool after the others got wet from a shower.

Horrible experience.. We booked this hotel as a place to stay on a mini vacation (3 night) for 2 adults and 3 children. When we arrived we were infomed that the pool was closed (which was alot of the reason we booked their to began with). The desk clerk said that the maintenance guy was already gone for the day (2:45pm),and could not tell us when it would be opened back up. She said that it would probably not be open during our stay. Next the remote did not work, the desk cleck said that we could just use the buttons on side of tv. Then upon sitting at the desk, there was a dust pile with a band-aid (with blood on it) under it in plain view. Then we noticed that humidifier had been leaking water, and the electrical cord was laying right in it. The clerk offered to move us rooms, but that did not make us feel better due to the fire hazard. So after unloading everything and our groceries, we had to reload and find somewhere else to stay. This was the worse hotel I have ever been to while on vacation.

Not good I had a family emergency had to leave early thought yhey might try to give me a refund. That did not happen. Not as clean as normal. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Needs updating We were disappointed with how outdated the room was but the worse part was there were dead crickets all over the tile floors and we heard crickets all night The breakfast was very minimal and no hot food.

There were little crickets in our room, a gap under outside door and bathroom floor wasn't clean.
