They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service.
