Perfect for family with kids to stay.

I was impressed by the attention to detail. I always look for places I've never been to before when looking for accommodation, but this is one of the few places I'd want to go back to.

This is my second time staying here. This time the room also comes with a small hot spring bathroom which is great👍. The quality of dinner is very good, especially the Ise Ebi 🦞 sashimi is so delicious! The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and delicious!

We came back yesterday. We went with just our kids (high school students). The front desk staff were very accommodating when we told them in advance that we would be going with just the kids, and it looked good after we got there. The pool and baths were close, and there was an easy-to-access path, so we came back very happy. We'll go again! Thank you very much.

The room is large and clean. We asked for a room facing the sea. The scenery is beautiful and the service is very good👍

The room is a bit old, but the location, bathhouse, and service are pretty good, especially the greeting at the door and the shuttle bus driver. The meal is quasi-Kaiseki style and very delicious.

This is my second stay here. The service is great and the standards have not changed in the past few years.

During the busy summer vacation period, I was almost giving up because I couldn't make a reservation on other websites or by calling the hotel directly, but I managed to make a reservation through Meitetsu Kanko. It was my first time using the hotel, but there were no problems and I was relieved to receive a detailed confirmation email. The hotel lived up to my expectations, and my father, who had always wanted to go there after hearing rumors about it since it first opened, was also satisfied. The dinner for the children was also luxurious, and they ate a lot of food that they don't usually eat, saying "It's delicious!" I was a little embarrassed to visit a high-end inn and restaurant in casual clothes with my children, but I was relieved to see that there were many other families there. I would like to use the hotel again with my family. Thank you for a good memory.

I stayed here a long time ago, but it's been a while since I've stayed here. This is the highest class hotel in Nagashima Onsen, so the service is excellent from the moment you arrive, but as you spend time in the hotel, something feels a bit strange. It's hard to describe, but it's like the service of the Showa era in the Reiwa era. Also, since it was summer vacation, there were many families with children, so it didn't feel like a luxury hotel at all. In fact, as I said before, they were very considerate, with free entry to Yuami no Sato and Nabana no Sato, free newspapers (evening papers!), and umeboshi and tea brought to the room in the morning. Dinner was just so-so, but breakfast was amazing. There was only a bar, but they didn't stock any rare alcohol. My impression might change if I visit in a different season. Lastly, my wife left her clothes at the hotel, but when I contacted them, they sent them to me right away for free. The actual service is indeed great.

There are various benefits such as early entry to the amusement park and access to outlets, but it was great to be able to take you to the illuminations. The room is old-fashioned, but you can use it comfortably and the bath is comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me a lot of advice. The food is passable. The only thing that came out for dessert was Kodama Watermelon. A watermelon to cool your stomach on New Year's Day... a service? This is the only thing I still can't figure out. It's not the hotel's fault, but the outlet was so popular that there was heavy traffic all the way from the station. But overall I am very satisfied.

聞けば2022年でオープン34年ということらしいです。当時、桜田淳子ちゃんを起用したCMで流れていたYou are the Top of Flower♬のBGMは未だ、耳から離れません。贅を尽くした豪華なホテル。豪華な造りもおもてなしも非の付け所がありません。が…でもやっばり古さというか…昭和感、バルブリー感は感じますね。夕食はどれ一つとって最高の素材と上品な味付。美味しくてたまりません。中でも…鮑ステーキの柔らかいことと言ったら♡で、なばなの里でイルミネーションを観て部屋に戻れば、フルーツ盛り合わせのサプライズ。たっぷりの和朝食もこれでもかってほどの素材達。二日にわたる美食とたっぷりの温泉に癒されて身も心もリフレッシュ出来ました。二日間に亘って湯あみの島は出入り自由、なばなの里も入り放題。湯あみの島は男性ぱ普段絶対入れない女湯に、朝だけ入れるのは嬉しい特典です。女湯、すごく魅力的でした。
