Very convenient location from Kyoto Station. Superior room was spacious but mattresses could be better. Public onsen on the top floor was nice and loved that the laundry room was separated by gender. Only wish was for more information to be displayed from the room TV like in some other hotels. For example, the washing machine and dryer availability.

The location is good, close to Kyoto station and has a few restaurants nearby. I particularly like the shampoo and public bath of the hotel. I found the room smaller than the other hotel of same grade I’ve stayed in Kyoto before.

Even though the price can go up with the seasons, the service and amenities are usually up to par. There's dust on the frames of every window in the room and by the bed though. And you have to end breakfast sharply at 10am.

京都的ALa這家酒店給我來京都旅行一個意外的小驚喜。原本看圖片普普通通，入住後發現這家酒店低調又不失優雅。酒店位置距離車站方便。對面的7-11便利店，小啤酒種類豐富。樓層裏的枯山水小造型賞心悦目，酒店裡的天然温泉御香之湯也是舒適愜意，住客可以免費使用。我住的房間還有一處小小窗景，早上起來拉開窗簾映入眼簾也是極度舒適。酒店裡的壽喜鍋很推薦，牛肉香嫩軟滑，分量十足，還有專門的小美女來服務鍋子，隨餐的水果也是毫不含糊，非常好吃。在這裏住了三晚，睡的舒適，玩得開心。感謝酒店團隊所有工作人員，他們的努力付出使觀光旅遊更精彩。

I absolutely love this hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth. The location is also great—close to the bus stop and Kyoto Station. This is the best hotel I stayed at during my 14-day trip in Japan.
