Pros: Close to Kyoto Station, relatively new, clean, and a wide variety of fresh breakfast options. Cons: The room was small, and there were many tour groups. What's most frustrating is that the price I booked a month in advance was more than double the price at check-in. I recommend avoiding non-refundable hotels like this. The lowest price for this hotel is 300, and I paid over 3000 for three nights, which feels like a complete rip-off.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto Station. It’s clean, modern, and well-equipped with a smart TV. I really enjoyed using the onsen every day—it was perfect for relaxing after walking around all day. The staff were very helpful, and the bed was truly queen-sized and very comfortable. The only downside was that some light came in through the bathroom window in the morning.

This was my second stay, and it was just as clean and comfortable as before. Though, I'm not sure why there was no Oden for breakfast this time. What I love most is the hotel's location. It's right next to Kyoto Station, yet surprisingly quiet, and also very close to the 206 bus stop, which takes you directly to attractions like Kiyomizu-dera Temple. After a long day of sightseeing, a soak in the bath on the 10th floor is incredibly relaxing. We rented kimonos and chose to return them at the hotel; the front desk was very helpful in taking care of them, so the service was excellent. You can also rent curling irons, but a 3000 JPY cash deposit is required.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get to all the sights in Kyoto. The room was more spacious than I imagined, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my partner and I felt completely at ease and happy during our stay.

Fact: I was calm, never raised my voice, and even praised their hotel interior. Using harassment threats to silence a guest reporting a legitimate facility issue is unprofessional and defamatory.

Best located hotel in Kyoto, both to get around and for eating out. Spa is brilliant amenity to rest after hard day's sight seeing. Definitely coming back again!

Staffs are friendly and polite. Easy to navigate around as hotel situated conveniently to Kyoto station which is about 5 mins walk away. There are nearby bus stop to travel to tourist sites. Room is spacious too. Can get toiletries at hotel lobby. There is additional accomodation tax to pay upon check in.

Location is very good with only 5 mins walk from Kyoto JR station. The hot spring on top floor is in reasonable size.

Great location 5 mins walk from Kyoto station. Breakfast buffet really varied and plentiful, great quality ingredients (although more fruit would be only suggestion please). Pancake machine is so cool, and special tortilla/omlette/fried eggs is very nice touch. Laundry room good too. Needed google translate to work toilet, very high tech. Memorable stay in amazing city.

Located conveniently near Kyoto Station, the room is quite spacious and there is hot spring too.

The hotel is brand new and the service is excellent. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, so I highly recommend it. Friends visiting Kyoto should definitely give it a try. The breakfast is also quite good! 😊
