Really clean. So happy that I chose to stay here ! Would deffo recommend. It feels almost like a private hotel room in your little pod.

Traveling alone in Japan, my first stop was this hotel, and it left a fantastic impression on me. It's an 8-story building, and there were three staff members at the front desk. One particularly lovely lady from Hong Kong spoke Chinese, which made for a seamless check-in experience. All the staff here are incredibly polite. The 8th floor isn't just the front desk; surprisingly, it's also a large communal area where you can chat, relax, and even work. They even offer free-flowing beer at specific times every afternoon, and of course, the water from the dispenser is also complimentary. The bed height is adjustable, and the bathroom, sink, and toilet are all separate, with plenty of space. There's also a washing machine available. Just turn left when you go downstairs, and you'll find a parking lot, which was very convenient when my Japanese friend came to pick me up. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Kawaramachi/Shijo area. The moment you step out, you're on a bustling street, and public transport is very close by. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Best hostel I’ve stayed so far!! I live their smart features, bed is big, comfy, cozy with full privacy. I like their lounge/work area too and kitchen. Free coffee and tea. They also have free flow beer for 1 hr in the late afternoon where you get to meet and bond with fellow travellers. Rooms are clean as well. Would definitely come back here again!

I met two friends from different countries at this hostel. The lobby atmosphere at night was fantastic; you could chat with people from all over the world. They even offered free beer around 6 PM. Staying at this hostel was a wonderful memory from my trip to Kyoto.

This was such a good place to rest and relax. I did make a friend here but the hostel is more for relaxing and having your privacy. The mattress is freaking amazing. I never wanted to leave the bed. It can fit two people and it’s soooo soft and comfortable I loved sleeping there.

The Millennials Kyoto Capsule Hotel Great location and clean environment, with a really well-designed common area. Even though it's a capsule hotel, it offers good privacy and comfort. I had a great experience staying for several nights in a row, and I'd definitely consider coming back here on my next trip to Kyoto.

Great location and many food options nearby. Capsule Best feature is the short walk to Kamo River where u can relax by the river.

This hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. It's definitely worth the price. I've stayed in many hostels over my two weeks in Japan, and this one, costing over 300 RMB a night, certainly justifies its price.

Clean, spacious, professional. Really liked my experience there . Loved the bed, convenient. You can use it like a sofa and as a bed . Loved the mirror in my « room ». So grateful. Well located too. Points to work on : put the towels and slippers on each floors. Toilet and shower doors too heavy, need some oil lol. Would put a tablette on the side of the bed for phone, charger, etc. Nothing more honestly !
