Had a fantastic stay here! They provided so many complimentary items. The mini-bar even had 6 free bottles of water, and the comb was really nice, similar to something you'd find at Miniso. The Japanese breakfast was delivered right to my room. My experience at Park Hyatt 701 the next day didn't even compare to this place. Highly satisfied!

Great location, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and clean, with many thoughtful touches, like the lavender spray by the bed and a complimentary mini-bar. The staff were all very welcoming. Already looking forward to my next visit to Kyoto!

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are new, and every facility in the room is thoughtfully designed and user-friendly. The overall style is very premium. Every staff member at the hotel is very polite and professional. We had a wonderful trip to Kyoto here.

I really liked this hotel, and I'd definitely consider staying here again. When checking in, they thoughtfully explained the access control, room features, and facilities. The minibar drinks are free, as are the hot spring and sauna. Breakfast includes a main course plus a buffet. My room was on the first floor this time and I didn't experience any noise issues. It was a rather rushed experience, booking and checking in on the same day, but it completely exceeded my expectations.

An unexpected gem, absolutely loved this hotel! I'll definitely be back for a second stay! Facilities: As a newly opened hotel, all amenities are state-of-the-art. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly polite! Daily housekeeping was excellent, and they were always quick to provide any requested items, unlike some other hotels that can be stingy. Ambiance: Has a very Japanese feel, complete with a hot spring bath (onsen)! It’s tidy, orderly, and hygienic. Location: Tucked away in a quiet spot but close to everything. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find large shopping malls and attractions. Taxis, buses, light rail, and subway stations are all within a 10-minute reach. The location is superb and super convenient! I absolutely must come back again next time!!!

Room cleaning every day. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the major shopping streets of Kawaramachi. There's a delicious donut shop right across from the hotel. The soundproofing is good, and the twin beds are pushed together, offering comfortable mattresses. The smart TV allows access to YouTube and Netflix. The toiletries are of high quality and bath salts are provided, so you can enjoy a bath in your room without needing to go to the public bath. The water pressure is excellent.
