Everything was perfect, the staff's service was impeccable. A very clean hotel and everything is well-maintained. The location is good, Kyoto Tower is a 5-minute walk away. There are many restaurants in the area. Very close to the hotel, there's a place to eat ramen that is one of the best (Tantanmen Ebisu). 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel just recently opened. The rooms are on the smaller side, but you can manage with two people and your luggage. Housekeeping comes once every three days. Disposable toiletries are provided. You're not allowed to wear shoes in the room, but slippers are given. On the first floor, there's free tea, coffee, a microwave, and an oven. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station.

The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. There's a hot water dispenser, tea, and coffee available downstairs. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. It's close to the bus stop and Kyoto Station, within easy walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it!

Super stinky hotel in Japan! The second floor had an incredibly strong foot odor! So unbelievably stinky! Even strong air fresheners couldn't cover it up! This is a newly opened hotel, and it seems they first listed it on non-Chinese platforms, as there were mostly Caucasians, Vietnamese, and similar guests. I don't know who stayed there, but it was just so smelly! The facilities were mediocre; it was my first time seeing a Japanese hotel where there were no outlets on the walls and you had to use a power strip.

Excellent! Check-in was quick and easy, and luggage storage was convenient. There's a microwave, oven, coffee machine, and water dispenser on the first floor. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases. Being a new hotel, it was very clean and hygienic. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 7-minute walk from the Kyoto Aquarium. I only stayed for one night, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind, which made my stay very pleasant. The room was clean, and the facilities were new and well-equipped, making it comfortable.
