來日本旅行～在這裏住了6晚上，整體不錯～
服務非常棒！雖然有語言障礙，但是全程都很貼心，中途出現了小意外，影響了休息，可以注意不要再出現保險箱損壞的情況，定期檢查～
房間內部全部是智能的，免費的甜甜圈冰激凌美味😋
口味重的可以帶個榨菜來吃，很多時候吃得生無可戀……

非常好，離京都站步行就可以，從地下東口過來，不用坐地鐵。服務特別好，工作人員都非常友好，商務賓館的價格，有一點傳統温泉賓館的服務感覺，信價比很高，早飯也很好，好評好評好評好評好評好評好評好評。

Loved the hotel, service and Kyoto! This is a clean, well-located hotel with great breakfast and free amenities that one needs when on holiday. The front desk staff are very helpful with questions and to organise delivery of luggage if needed. Malls, station and restaurants in walking distance. We even walked to Fushimi Inari, Gion, Nishiki Market and another one near by, although it might be a long walk for some people. Do visit the other side of the station (part of the station) where the Kyoto Tower is, for a pleasant flight of lighted stairs that takes you up for views. A very clean city! The Aeon Mall has great food in the supermarket and food court. VA from NZ

來到日本京都，感受這裏的歷史文化與人文魅力
這家酒店距離京都站不遠，步行8-10分鐘，並且與其有點距離，晚上睡覺不會很吵，唯一不足，與羅森與711這樣的便利店有距離，需要步行5分鐘
設施：可以電視投屏，這點很不錯，有浴缸，也可以在一樓泡大浴池，我沒有泡，房間浴缸就夠了。泡完澡出來有免費冰激凌吃，是那種普通棒冰，晚上十二點後需要房卡才能進出，安全性不錯
服務：前台幫忙辦理，不是很熱情，不知道是不是因為英語不好，辦理效率高流程簡單，到店還交了400的税費（日本老式酒店一般都是需要的，也不奇怪了）
衞生：挺乾淨的，如果連住兩天需要打掃衞生，需要貼牌在門口提醒工作人員。
