Quiet, comfortable, and well-located hotel – we had a great stay!

I was extremely satisfied with this guesthouse. It's conveniently located near four subway lines, and there's a bus stop just 100 meters from the door that goes to Karasuma, Takashimaya, and Daimaru department stores. The hotel has its own kitchen and tableware, and there's a laundry shop right next door. The hot water was great, and it was very quiet in the mornings, allowing me to sleep in until I naturally woke up. Most importantly, the owner was very welcoming and answered all my questions.

What some people may be concerned about: The hotel is a bit far away from the Kawaramachi shopping district, and it is not directly adjacent to the main road outside, so it will take about 20 minutes to walk to the Kawaramachi shopping district. But it is also because of this that we can have a quiet and undisturbed geographical condition. I think this is more important.

Poor location, not near the metro station, mosquitoes in the room, insects in the room, rent is not cheap, room rate is expensive. The service desk is always empty. They just dump the trash every day, they don't clean the room, they don't clean the room. There are no restaurants near the hotel. You must take a taxi or drive to get in and out, so it is inconvenient.

The boss is said to be ********* and can speak Chinese, but it is basically a semi-self-service B&B. There is no service staff at the front desk most of the time (you can use the front desk phone to call the boss if necessary). The entrance and front desk public area of ​​the B&B are simply and beautifully decorated. The room is very clean and tidy, fully equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. In addition to a large double bed, there is also a tatami for drinking tea. What I like most is the Japanese-style private garden. It is exquisite, small and private. It is very comfortable to sit in the yard and enjoy the breeze at night. The only thing I'm not used to is that the bed is too soft. My husband and I both have bad backs and our backs hurt when we sleep on a soft bed. . . Overall very satisfied, recommended!
