This includes fresh towels and one bottle of water. When you check out, each night you opt in for this greenless service will result in a refund of 300 yen.
In addition, as long as you are staying there, they offer 24/7 access to soft drinks and coffee on the first floor. They also offer a lot of bath amenity options on the first floor. The staff members are really ready to help, although their level of English is limited.
