Rinn Kyoto Gion Shinbashi

Rinn Kyoto is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay here especially as it was super conveniently located! One thing that really bothered us though us it seems as though the hotel is designed for people less then 5 feet tall. My husband and I are both around 6'1, so we don't expect things to be at our height, but this was just ridiculous. The sink in the washroom of our room was literally at my knee height! I had to squat to use it 😂 but everything worked okay, so really it wasn't a big deal. As well, the beds were super comfortable which was greatly appreciated after a day of walking around Kyoto! They also had a lounge area with free coffee 😋🙏

Nice clean new hotel. Pleasant and English speaking staff. Coffee tea station is a plus. Collect your own water in jar provided in room. We stayed on 4th floor . Once you get use to area .. its convenient to move around.Area comes alive from 5pm.. many restaurants with delicious food.

We love this area of the hotel.cuz its closed to anywhere. Foods, small shops, drink, snacks, temple. And next to the hotel, there area a lot of place for renting Kimono. Quite close to the train station.

I really love this hotel. Cozy and comfortable. Willl definitely be back!

We liked our stay and extended it for another day. Nice to explore gion area. Simple and good and clean.

A lovely Japanese-style hotel in a fantastic location in Kyoto. The bed is very comfortable, and the staff are professional, kind, and helpful. The small self-service breakfast is also excellent, with a good selection and high-quality products.
