Room size not very big but just nice to squeeze 3 adult and a 5yr old child. Toilet with bidets the toilet bowl cover close and open automatically. Have separate shower and bathtub area. Hotel very near subway. Very near to halal restaurant Difaya Halal Sukiyaki Restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nishiki Market, and I was even able to walk to both the market and Kyoto Tower. The hotel was of excellent quality, making it a worthwhile stay.

Everything was ok, but one window near the bed couldn't be closed due to some Japanese restrictions. As a result, it was quite chilly at nights.

I’ve stayed here for twice and it’s nice location, and clean. But not as good as another M‘s located at Omiya Shijo.

Our room is for 3 people so it is much more huge. It’s near Kyoto station. You can walk and arrive in the hotel around 10 minutes. The location is close to any tourist spot. There are great views and restaurants outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to others. The wifi was reliable, the location was close to the subway, only downside of this hotel was not receiving much information about the check in process until emailing them to ask. This would be difficult for those without wifi/ access to a Japanese phone number. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided the entrance code to get into the hotel because without internet you wouldn’t really be able to get in. We saw another couple go through this issue. Overall, a good experience. The room is small but enough.
