The room was spacious and had kitchen facilities, and the bathroom was large enough for both showering and bathing. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the train station.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Not far from the bus stop. The service is excellent; you can get coffee and tea on the first floor, and in the evening, there's an alcohol tasting (one glass per person). They can even provide a Dyson hairdryer, so the service is top-notch. The room itself is a bit dated, but the bed is large and comfortable.

We booked a room with a kitchen, which had an induction hob and cookware. The hotel was clean and located on a quiet street, not far from the bus stop for Gion. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and free laundry/drying facilities, which was great! The coffee and green tea in the lounge were delicious and I made good use of them. Fushimi Inari Shrine is within walking distance, so I recommend going early in the morning.

I stayed here alone and had a great experience. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kujo and Jujo stations. As someone who dislikes smoking, I really appreciated the strict no-smoking and no-shoes-inside policies, which made my stay very comfortable. The facilities, including a microwave, induction hob, and kitchen, were so good that it made me think it would be fun to buy groceries from Don Quijote and live like I was in a hotel all by myself if I ever got the chance again. The amenities were almost like those in a monthly apartment, though I was a bit surprised by how loudly the sound of doors closing in nearby rooms echoed.

The location is a bit far from Kyoto Station, but the hotel quality and customer service were truly satisfying. Thanks to that, I had a pleasant trip.
