Room is quite comfy with nice facilities like gym room, public bath, vending machine, and washer; just the location is soso that convenience store and subway are a bit far

It’s a very excellent. good service good breakfast good amenities. staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again here with my family. It’s a baby friendly as well.

The hotel was in a very good, central location, just 3 minutes from the bus stop and 14 minutes bus ride from Kyoto station. I booked a 20m twin room with large single beds. However, the room was 12m at the most. I asked the head receptionist about this. I was then offered a larger room at extra cost which I declined. The room was fairly clean with fresh towels provided every day. It was well equipped with a kettle and a small fridge. There was no wardrobe, just 4 hangers to hang clothes on a hook. There was no storage. The soundproofing was good as I could not hear the other guests. There was a washing machine available for 500 yen which was very useful. For breakfast, there was a wide selection of tasty food which I recommend. The spa was nice and free of charge, however there was 1000 yen charge for the gym.

Its a litlle far from subway station but it doesnt matter. The hotel is small buat clean. The room is also small; average room in japan. Staff very friendly

Found some hair under the bed that wasn't vacuumed before checking in, didn't fully take all our rubbish. Decent place to stay at location wise but very small space for a family (especially in the "king deluxe room"). Only had 2 towels too despite there being 4 of us.
