The hotel entrance is right next to Exit 4 of the subway station. It was extremely cold in Kyoto those days, but luckily I was able to get to the hotel right after exiting the subway station. Fortunately, there was a convenience store next to the hotel. You don't need to transfer to Arashiyama, Kyoto Station, Kiyomizu Temple, or Gion. With a one-day transportation pass, even the elderly at home won't have to suffer too much.
The hotel said the room was upgraded. When I opened the curtains, I could see the Imperial Garden. Being close to the Imperial Garden was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. But I came a few days early and many flowers in Kyoto had not bloomed yet. I could see them from the window so I didn't have to go there in vain.
The room is very spacious, and it feels like it is not a problem to open 3 suitcases at the same time. The furnishings in the room are also very nice.
Anyway, if you don't need to be convenient to Kyoto Station, I recommend this place. The streets are much quieter at night.
