The hotel is located south of Kyoto Station, just across the road. After getting off, you can walk towards the Hachijo exit. The hotel has three washing machines and three dryers. You might have to queue at night, and they don't accept coins but you can pay by credit card. The hotel can arrange kimono rentals for you, and the rental shop is right next door. The prices are fair, and you don't need to return the kimono to the shop yourself; you can simply give it to the hotel front desk in the evening or the next morning, with no extra charge.

a newly built hotel just opposite to JR kyoto station (just cross a zebra crossing). Everything look new & clean. welcome drink free till 10 pm too good to be true. The only one drawback is breakfast room too small, full during peak hour ~ 7-8 pm

The location is great for transportation. Even though we arrived a bit early, they weren't rigid about the 3 PM check-in time and our room was ready, which was a pleasant surprise. The room felt very comfortable, despite not being very large. The bathroom was a bit small. Being directly across from Kyoto Station made getting around incredibly convenient. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if they could add Alipay and WeChat Pay options for the laundry machines (as coins aren't accepted either), in addition to credit cards. Oh, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

This hotel is super convenient for exploring Kyoto! It's right at a major transportation hub, connecting to JR lines, subways, trams, and even the Shinkansen, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It's also very close to the Ibis, but with bigger rooms. Definitely a great choice!

The hotel is new and conveniently located near Kyoto Station, making it very easy to get around. However, the cobwebs on the air conditioner's grille were noticeably uncleared. Located south of Kyoto Station, this hotel is a good choice if you're visiting Toji Temple. Breakfast options are limited but good quality. Most Kyoto attractions are north of Kyoto Station, making the south side less convenient.

The hotel was clean, modern and in a prime location, being directly across from Kyoto Station. The room was spacious even with 3 beds. Plenty of food choices to choose from, including 5min walking distances to 24/7 restaurants. Would stay again!

The stay was wonderful. Location right infront of Kyoto station & local bus interchange. If you came late from Kansai airport by limousine. the limousine will stop at Kyoto Avanti 3-5min away from this hotel. If you join day tour, the pick up point is same at Limousine drop of point. Many 7/11 & restaurants around. The hotel look very new, room & bed was very comfortable and toilet was very clean. Hotel's staff front deck & housekeeping very polite. The coffee house open for free hot & cool beverages for guests from afternoon till 10pm. Will sure book this hotel if we visit Kyoto again.
