The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for families. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the property, paid parking nearby, plenty of food options, and a supermarket just across the street.
However, check-in is handled at a separate location near Kyoto Station, but transportation is convenient after check-in.

Service at check-in office friendly and helpful. Convenient shuttle from reception/ checkin office to lodging. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable and convenient with amenities like drying room in the shower area for laundry, kitchen, nice bathroom and nice decor. Loved staying here!

checking in at a different location is a bit of a hassle when you come with your own car. The apartment not having a parkinglot ended up quite pricey as well. The room is as the fotos show. There are a lot of restaurants snd supermarkets nearby. It’s clean and comfortable. Check out is easy.

Overall the experience was good, just check in need to go to another place to get the procedures, took time. What other miscellaneous fees are required for stay (based on occupancy).

Very convenient for a family trip because there's a kitchen, so you don't have to eat out all the time. The accommodation is spacious. It's a shame there isn't a separate bedroom from the living room.

I really want to recommend this Kyoto hotel where a family of 5 stayed!
First, check-in is done at the Registe Integrated Check-in Center near Kyoto Station. It was really convenient because you can leave your luggage here for free. Google Maps tells you to use the underground passage, but if you just go to the first floor and walk diagonally to the right from the front of Kyoto Station, you'll arrive right away. After checking in, you can take a shuttle bus to the hotel, so it wasn't a problem when you first arrived.
On the map, it may look a bit far from Gion Street, but in reality, there's Gion Street to the east, Arashiyama Park to the west, and Kinkaku-ji to the north, so you can get anywhere in 15-20 minutes.
I also really recommend the Izuyama mart in front of the hotel. Compared to Osaka, the prices are much cheaper, so you won't regret buying a lot here. In particular, there are many items that you can buy for less than the duty-free benefits, so you can really shop economically. The nearby 100-yen shop is also worth a visit, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson are also close by, so it was convenient.
