A tina, but very comfortable place to stay. The staff is friendly, and checkout can be done easily vie tablet. It is located about 8min to the metro station. The rooms get cleaned every three days only, but you get enough towels. The rooms have a small fridge and a watercooker aswell.

Really nice place to stay and relax...great service,totally recommend this hotel ...the beds you just want to take home ,so comfy,AC great as is wifii,shower ect.

A very clean hotel, near to city center.
Two problems: although staff are nice, but can’t speak English well, and room cleaning service is every 3 days which is a bit strange!

This is my first time leaving in the hotel have room cleaning service after four days and without changing towels

We have stayed more than 30 hotels in Japan, the service of this hotel is the worst one. We stayed in Japan hotels because of their convenience in helping delivering luggages to airports or other towns. Usually they will help us in filling forms, and all we have to do is to pay. But the staffs here seems only sent us the link for us to fill by ourselves, and when we tell the staffs they the link service only can send in kansai ( can not send t luggages to Narita), and asked them to use yamato transport, they didn't even bother to call yamato.

It was bad smelling in room always and plus smoking smelling was coming from nowhere, it was hard to breathe

The location is good and the environment good .
But when we arrive at 13.00,the counter colleague said can assist to keep luggage,but we lost thing.
They keep the luggage on the lobby and no more lock chains. So someone steal my bag thing.so sad
After I leave the hotel notice.

The room is relatively small, but it has all the basic amenities. Location is great as I'm very familiar with the Sanjo area / Keihan train line.
You can get some basic amenities like toothbrushes and razor on the ground floor.

The hotel is at 10-15 mins walking from restaurants, there is nothing nearby.
Don’tnprovide shipping luggage service, cleaning service every 3 days.
If you are nor interested in this services this hotel is for you!

Cleaniness: dusty everywhere in the room. Top of bedhead, on the bed light, all around the TV, top of fridge, on the safe.
Location: very good. 5 min walk from Sanjo subway which also gives you access to keihan train line (for Inari Shrine or Uji). Easy bus to Kiyomizu
Service: front desk not manned most of the day. No assistance for luggage forwarding (even when desk is manned)
Amenities: only 2 washing machines for the approx 50 rooms in the hotel - not enough. Especially since the 90min wash + dryer function did not dry properly and so we had to wait multiple times for people to redry their clothes in the machine. Not enough hooks inside the room. Pls put them everywhere as it helps with small rooms. And bigger table.

Good hotel in the center of Kyoto. By Japanese standards the room is spacious, but the windows cannot be opened so it was a little bit stuffy. Very clean, good interior, fast service.
