Environment: The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance to the city center. It is larger than most Japanese inns.

This is the largest Japanese inn I have ever stayed in. The suite on the fifth floor is really large, with a rare double sink, and the bedroom is also very comfortable. I stay in this hotel every time I go to Kyoto. It has tatami mats and b1 is a public bathroom. You can take a bath and relieve the fatigue of the day. It is located near Nishiki Market. It is very convenient for walking around and there are many places to eat. But this time I was really stuck. , there are really too many Chinese people coming to Japan. When I left, I still held a banner at the door to see me off, super enthusiastic ❤️

It's a bit far from Gion Street, but the location isn't bad because you can take a bus or take the nearby subway, but the staff were so kind and I thought there was kaiseki, but the kaiseki was really good, and the ryokan has a large communal bath. Be sure to use that too.

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff - all speak English. A wonderful greeting with matcha before they explain how the rooms work for you. We also enjoyed a Japanese breakfast every morning, served in a traditional style and it was delicious. Beds are comfy, room has air conditioning and heating. It also has an onsen that is free for guests and as tattooed people, it’s one of the few in Japan we could use. Brilliant at the end of a day. A great experience and well worth the money.
