Very good location, clean and comfy bedroom. Easy luggage storage before and after check in/out. Small room expected but still can have space to open up 24inch luggage.

Excellent place to stay. It’s my second time staying at this same hotel because it’s very convenient to any where in Kyoto and many eating places around. Hotel rooms are perfect for me and I will definitely stay here again next April.

Just a 3-minute walk to the subway, which is super convenient. There are tons of dining options downstairs, and it's located in a very safe area downtown. It's not directly on a main road, so it's surprisingly quiet. You can easily walk to Nishiki Market, Kamo River, and Hanamikoji. It even has a bathtub, which is great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. They don't clean every day (but they do empty the trash and change towels daily). Overall, I highly recommend it; it's great value for money.

Amazing location. Clean room. Helpful front desk. Room is on the smaller side for 2 people with big luggages, but for the price, it really is worth it.

Front desk staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Managed to check us in around less than 10mins. Very smooth check in and check out. Room was also just nice for solo travellers. Will definitely go to the same hotel on my next visit to Kyoto 😊

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's great value for money and super convenient for shopping and dining. I'd definitely book it again if there's availability next time I'm in Kyoto. The single room wasn't small at all, and it's right near Daimaru Department Store.
