    I used to live there when I went to Kyoto 10 years ago, so I specially booked the Fourteenth Spring this time. The hotel has been refurbished, and the operator should have changed, who can speak some simple English. I stayed in a room in May. The door opens to a small courtyard. I like it very much. The only downside is that the outdoor toilet is a bit cold and there is no hot water.
