Perfect location, very nice stuff!

Location was perfect for exploring Gion, Ninenzaka, Yasaka Pagoda and Kiyomizu-dera. I stayed 2 nights. Room was clean but small. Still it was adequate for me with 3 cabin size luggages. Those with larger luggages may find it tight. Car park was limited and charged at 2000¥ a day. Continental breakfast was free. Coffee and tea machine was provided in the room too. Would stay again.

Great location for seeing the classic Gion geisha streets. Comfortable and more than acceptable for the low price. The complimentary breakfast is just rolls and instant coffee, but I didn't come for the breakfast, so that's fine. I'd come back.
