The hotel was simply amazing. I stayed for 3 nights, and every single staff member was friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to any guest needs. A special thanks to Mr. Kaan, the guest experience team, the entire pool crew on the pier, and everyone in the main restaurant — they were all fantastic. Especially the breakfast, lunch, and dinner teams – the moment I sat down, they immediately made me feel cared for. The F&B management has clearly built a great system, and the whole team seems to embrace it wholeheartedly. I would definitely love to spend my next Cyprus holiday at Lord’s Palace again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was excellent close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere was great and made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had a weekend trip in Lords palace hotel with friends. It was great choice. The hotel has good beach and big swimming pools. Rooms amazing comfortable with all necessities and great views. There was a good choice of food in restaurant. We enjoyed sky lounge. Appreciate great service from hotel staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and they answered all our questions with patience and a smile. Rooms are very clean, and tidy. Pools are very clean too. You can enjoy best Mediterranean sea experience by the sea. Thank you Gizem for your hospitality..The front desk staff was particularly outstanding and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Room service was also prompt and efficient

Bed and pillows were so comfy and I slept like a baby. Minimum noise at night and bedding and towels were changed every day. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Food was great and they showcased different world cuisine every day. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We were really impressed throughout our stay.

So what can I say! First of all what a wonderful hotel. Due to our arrival being late because of the flight and our case being temporarily lost at Larnaca airport we didn't get to the hotel till nearly midnight. The desk staff (Batuhan) couldn't have been more helpful. Having sorted small problem with the door key, we got into a lovely room. The only negative being that as non smokers we could smell cigarette smoke. Speaking to the Kaan the Guest Relations manager, he couldn't have been more helpful and sorted out a newroom in no time. Infact his help has been outstanding throughout. Moving on to the food, to us this has been some of the best hotel food we have had. This goes for the waiters who have been excellent throughout. The pool complex was beautiful even though we did have the best of the weather. You do need to hire a car to see the best of this part of the island.

The hotel is amazing staff so friendly, customer relations a guy called Kaan was so helpful he was around to help with anything 24/7 such a great guy, Hotel very clean, food was amazing 10/10 .. will definitely be back in October. Can’t wait for my next visit,
