Bel endroit très calme avec une excellente literie La piscine pour piquer une tête et se relaxer en prenant un cocktail au bar ..le centre ville est à quelques minutes ainsi que la belle plage

Passage in this charming hotel for a night in a family room with my son and my wife. First, we arrive in the entrance hall furnished in the old style, which gives a real cachet to this establishment. Our welcome was warm and fast, with the manager who had a nice smile. She also had little attentions throughout the stay and I thank her again for these. For the room, it was clean, well laid out and equipped with a kitchenette. If you don't want to cook, the hotel is close to many restaurants, snacks and others. There is even a small supermarket. And the beach is a 5-minute walk away. So, very positive opinion for me and my family for this stay.

A very warm welcome. The team remembers my previous stay (December 2023) with my daughter. This team is really at the service of customers. The cleanliness, the equipment, everything is impeccable!! This hotel is a cocoon, calm and tranquility on the menu. We only stayed one day, we will extend next time!!

Everything was perfect! The welcome and the dynamism of Rudy who was very attentive, what's more with very good advice. The service at the bar was exceptional with the humor of Nelson, who made us discover excellent cocktails and tapas. They even reserved a table for us in a nearby restaurant... We didn't want to leave, and will come back for a 3rd stay for sure!!! A big thank you to them and to the whole team, for their kindness and professionalism!

reservation from January 15 to 17 at the hotel ermitage boutik hotel, reunion. Unfortunately and beyond our control, a cyclone arrives on the island exactly on the scheduled dates and a red alert will be in effect from Monday 15, which means no travel. I called the hotel who informed me that I could cancel but that I would lose the money. Which is incomprehensible because it is not my fault but the cyclone weather. No commercial gesture on their part

Nice exterior, nice swimming pool (but cold), good breakfast, parking included. Not far from the beach (very busy). On the other hand, small room and bathroom from the 70s (with shower tray)...not really a 3*

Je sejourne à cet hôtel depuis le 13/07/26 mon départ est prévu pour le 27 . Je ne conseil pas du tout cet hôtel ( même si le personnels est sympathique ) . Gros point noir ⚫️ pas de services de blanchisserie ( mon agence de voyage ne me l'avais pas spécifié ! ) 2eme point ⚫️ un petit déjeuner plus que médiocre ! Très très très peu de choix et je n'exagère pas ! 3eme point ⚫️ pas de services minimum dans la chambre ( dû moins la standard car dans les autres je ne sais pas ) du genre mini frigo/balais /petit chauffage d'appoint pour la SDB / étendoir vue qu'il n'y a pas de service blanchisserie et encore moins de laverie à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel ! 4eme point ⚫️ dès mon arrivée dans la chambre j'ai vue qu'il y avait en pagaille de toutes petites fourmis 🐜 ! Je n'ai rien contre elle mais je n'ai pas payer un hôtel pour vivre en collocation avec celle-ci ! 5eme point ⚫️ j'ai laisser un commentaire ( comme celui-là ) sur leurs site internet, bien sûr il n'a pas été validé ! Je ne vais pas me gêner pour en parler directement à mon agence de tous ces problèmes ! C'est une hônte de devoir rester pendant 14 jours avec des vêtements non lavé ! Tout ce que j'ai pû lavé se sont mes petites culotte ! Bref hôtel à banir ! Merci de validé mon commentaire afin de prévenir les gens !
