My wife and I had the most amazing time! We take vacations all over the world and we can honestly say that our time at Aux Coteaux d’Aussac was our most favorite by far. Our hosts Laetitia and Jean-Pol were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our room was tastefully decorated in their beautifully renovated house and we were very comfortable with the air-con. Breakfast was delicious and the view of the valley was breathtaking. We loved hanging out by the pool, playing pétanque and feeling completely recharged from our busy lives. The hosts dog “Buddy” was so friendly and helped us with missing our own dog. We can’t wait to return!!

This is a spectacular hotel in the fruit orchard area north and west of Toulouse. The panorama from the hotel grounds is breathtaking in its beauty. The hotel rooms are all modern, quiet, and comfortable, a perfect symmetry with the gorgeous surroundings. Our hosts, Laettitia and Jean-Pol, were amiable and focused on providing an excellent stay for all the guests. The breakfasts were exceptional with fresh local fruits, cheeses, always fresh bread and pastries, cereals, juices, coddled egg and the perfect cup of cafe. At this time of the year, our breakfast was outdoors overlooking the stunning scenery. A perfect beginning to each day. I enjoyed swimming and soaking in the saltwater pool, playing Bocce Ball in the court and lazing on the ground under the beautiful arboreal canopy afforded by the giant Basswood trees. The property dog, Buddy, made everyone happy and we all felt at home. My visit in this hotel and with the hosts was magical. I want to return to enjoy this bucolic corner of France and stay in this fabulous hotel. I specifically liked that this is a less touristed area in France; albeit very welcoming. This hotel deservedly receives my highest rating.
