The location is not bad, close to one of the exit of metro. 
The family room size for 3 people is alright.  Suitable for a group of 3 girls or a family of 3.

I requested higher floor, no corner room, quiet and away from the lift. They did arrange a higher floor and no corner room but my room was right facing the lift area. Luckily it wasn't noisy.

However, the walls were quite thin and I can often hear next door. Housekeeping also comes quite early and always leaves a note that they came by already by 9am (i have my room DND).

There was a lot of dust on the walls (see pic). They havent wiped it down in quite a while and I saw it there constantly for the few nights i stayed. Also, on the first day all the electric sockets near the bedside didn't work. My phone didnt charge overnight and I asked them to fix it. Then for my rest of my stay, it was okay.

Lastly, the amenities were VERY limited. The slippers were very thin, no toothbrush or toothpaste. I also found there were stains on some of the towels (they were definitely clean but just obvious stains).

I found the pillows quite uncomfortable because I usually like harder pillows and even if i stacked 4 of them together it would become quite flat. But thats just a personal preference.

Over rated. Service is above average and location is unbeatable. Unfortunate the room is very small and the toilet is barely for you to turn around only. 
For the price I think acceptable but more choices nearby. Do not go there by bus from airport. It is the last stop in Myeondong which takes you 30min more to arrive.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and a local bus stop that offers direct service to the airport. Right outside, you'll find a local restaurant serving delicious Bun Bo Hue and Bun Cha. For shopping, it's conveniently connected to both Lotte Mall and Lotte Mart. I made full use of the rooftop pool until it closed, and it was absolutely fantastic – I had a truly wonderful time.

The front office was totally unprofessional when asked for 3 pm check out. No rooms I was told and then when I checked app I booked one day extra .. surely the manager needs to find better excuses and stop being a liar

This hotel is located in the best beach spot and offers a beautiful infinity pool. There’s also a 7/11 nearby with great coffee and a McDonald’s that stays open 24/7 for late-night dinners. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with excellent soap and a cleaning service that changes the sponges and towels daily. I had a great time there. The only downside is that the pool closes at 9 pm, which isn’t ideal for those who want to stay up late.
