We stayed at this brand new hotel (open since fall 2023). Everytime was great. The location, the room, the kind staff, the attention to detail, breakfast and dinner. And the heated outdoor pool. The domain is situated at the border of a small village with views on the fields. Shortly connected to the nice town of Uzes and the larger city of Nimes. As the weather was not great, we visited all highlights of the Gard and the Provence and had a great stay. We can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a few days of rest, or as a fallout for visiting the region. We met the passionate and kind owners who will surely make this hotel a great succes! Five stars!

We were most fortunate to use this amazing hotel as the ideal venue for our daughters' wedding this last September. It was the perfect place for us, set just outside the stunning historic town of Uzes, in a quiet hamlet overlooking the stunning vineyards. We took over the whole hotel for a long weekend and their fabulous restaurant "Maison Lavendet" where their remarkable Chef Julian Lavendet created a 6 course wedding banquet. The recommended wine choices of red, white, rosé and champagne were all outstanding and complemented each delicious course. The Sunday BBQ brunch out by the pool was just as wonderful. We were recommended a superb Wedding Planner by the Hotel who, along side their staff - ensured an outstanding experience for us all. Our family and friends enjoyed the luxurious and very comfortable 14 bedrooms, the outdoor heated pool, The Spa and its indoor pool plus their Gourmet Restaurant and Bistro. We thank the owner of the Hotel, Maxime Vandeparre together with his amazing team who are the true essence of Domaine de Privadière. My family and I look forward to many return trips in the years to come.

Nous avons passé un week-end absolument merveilleux dans ce domaine magnifique. L’endroit est d’une tranquillité rare, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter du calme. Le cadre est apaisant et les installations (spa, hammam, sauna) sont de grande qualité, parfaites pour un moment de détente. Le restaurant propose une cuisine raffinée et savoureuse, un véritable régal pour les papilles. De plus, les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillants et sympathiques, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Si vous recherchez un lieu pour vous évader, vous détendre et savourer de bons plats, je vous recommande vivement cet endroit ! Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons bientôt 😉 Kamel et Alexandra

Une MAGNIFIQUE découverte. ❤️ Un paradis, un havre de paie, un cocon, permettent de se recentrer sur soi-même et/ou son couple. L'espace intérieur privatif (sauna + piscine+ hamman) est exceptionnel, impeccable pour se relaxer. ☀️ De plus, le domaine est tenu par un couple génial et une très belle équipe , très aimables, et souriants. Un vrai moment de détente ! J’ai réservé un massage de 50min qui était absolument exquis, avec une masseuse à l’écoute et aux petits soins. J’ai pu bénéficier de l’accès au SPA (piscine, sauna, hammam, tisanerie) et tout est pensé pour vivre un vrai moment de détente. Le seul bémol : il faut finir par sortir de ce petit cocon…. Merci à l’équipe qui est chaleureuse et disponible pour les clients, et à bientôt !

Si vous cherchez un petit paradis sur terre - le voici. Maxime Vandeparre et son épouse ont créé ici un bijou d’hôtel au milieu des champs et des vignes du pays d’Uzès, un lieu de détente et de jouissance. On s’y laisse gâter par le patron lui-même et par son équipe motivée et dévouée. Bref, un hôtel exceptionnel de tous points de vue!

En ce dimanche,pour mon anniversaire 🎂 nous décidons de manger au restaurant de ce bel établissement. Reçu par le responsable du restaurant, bien accueilli, très aimable. Menu très bon et copieux on peut le noter 10/10. Attention les suppléments un peu cher , par exemple bouteille eau, café….. On peut recommander ce restaurant

Restaurant : Une cuisine très discutable (plats préparés en partie à l’avance). Le service est super gentil mais très amateur. Il n’y avait que 3 tables réservées, et du coup seulement 3 tables dressées dans tout le resto ! Au moment de l’orage, il a fallu rentrer et donc dresser des tables dans un resto qui ne paraissait pas prêt à accueillir des clients. Les prix haut de gamme pratiqués n’ont malheureusement rien à voir avec ce gentil amateurisme. Le panneau ‘2 toques’ au Gault et Millau pose question. Il ne peut s’agir que d’une appréciation attribuée à la précédente équipe (Julien en cuisine, excellent chef bien connu dans la région)
