We stayed here for two nights on a walking holiday. See a review of their restaurant in their separate listing that is not as good as their hotel on some days? The room we had at the top of the hotel was quiet and very nice. Slightly tired bathroom but bed good and an additional sitting area and patio. Staff friendly throughout and the provided picnic was excellent. Simple (non buffet and pre-ordered) breakfast was good and wholesome.

The exterior of the hotel is an old stone building that has been in the village forever and offers no hint at the sophisticated modern interior. The hotel offered all on the modern comforts. We were able to have dinner there one night and it was beautifully prepared and presented. Jean Christof at the front desk was most helpful in preparing a light dinner for us when all the nearby restaurants were closed.

Deuxième séjour dans ce superbe établissement. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, des matériaux de qualités, une literie confortable, une décoration raffinée. Une cuisine familiale, variée avec beaucoup de plats faits maison. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. Un établissement familial de qualité.

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour . Une semaine dans ce havre de paix, au cœur d une magnifique région. Le pied à terre idéal pour voyager et se ressourcer en fin de journée autour de la piscine. Et 5 étoiles de plus pour l accueil de nos petits poilus 😍.

Une très belle journée à l'hostellerie le Castellas ! Son emplacement au coeur d'un village de charme dont il faut vraiment prendre le temps de parcourir les ruelles, l'accueil aux petits soins (un grand merci Magali pour toutes les attentions!), la belle chambre atypique (avec style...), espace piscine adorable avec ses murs en pierre et très agréable avec son espace jets et son bec de cygne, le hammam avec gommage au savon noir, le restaurant en terrasse où l'on prend le temps de déguster les délicieux plats et vins dans une douce ambiance... Une seule envie, pouvoir revenir pour en profiter un peu plus longtemps ... Merci à toute l'équipe !

Un vrai havre de paix. Nous avons passé une excellente journée. Reposante et pleine de zenitude. La propriétaire des lieux est très sympathique ainsi que son personnel. Et que dire des cuisiniers ! C'était exquis ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au calme, dans un cadre somptueux : - le personnel est sympathique et très accueillant - le petit déjeuner est excellent, pris dans le jardin ombragé avec vue sur la piscine - la chambre est avec vue sur le clocher de Collias. Tout est décoré par des artistes. Nous nous sommes prélassées dans le hammam. Nous reviendrons pour dîner. Il paraît que le repas est excellent !
