Un séjour parfait dans un hôtel à la hauteur de toutes mes attentes. Dès l’arrivée, on sent que tout est pensé pour le confort et la satisfaction des clients. L’établissement est très classe, décoré avec goût, et d’une propreté impeccable dans les moindres détails.
Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : accueillant, toujours souriant, professionnel et vraiment attentionné. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise, pris en charge avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de sympathie.
Que ce soit pour un séjour professionnel ou un moment de détente, c’est un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Beautiful room with large terrace overlooking the lake. Stunning views. Lovely staff. We didn’t have breakfast because at €18 for a continental breakfast, we thought it was a bit expensive. Parking is a bit tricky. Nice walk to the lakeshore where there were several restaurants open for dinner. Aix is still very quiet in mid May, with lots of restaurants and facilities still closed.

Pool area was atractive and spacious. Our room was loft in the top floor. The room was clean and cozy. There is many floors in the hotel so be prepared for a lot of stairs. There is small lunch/dinner menu. We had pizza for dinner and it was good but not top class. Les Suites Du Lac is a perfect getaway location and we really enjoyed staying in there!

Very nice hotel, great view, friendly staff. We had a lovely stay in this hotel, our kids loved it too. Rooms were very cleaned, well equiped. The pool area was really nice and quiet. The offer for breakfast was great, quality of the food very good. The only minor thing would be the lack of tea variety (classic teas like Earl Grey not available). I have seen people commenting on the lack of staff at the reception desk, that's true however this is not a big issue in my opinion as there was always someone available at the other reception downstairs. In such a small hotel, you cannot expect to have many staff available 24 hours. However the hotel could consider having a bell/phone available at the 1st reception desk to enable clients to reach someone quickly if a car needs to be moved etc.

Good location to travel around the lake and mountains Near to the marina and restaurants. Comfortable room, well equipped with Grate view of the lake, car parking, swimming pool and nice garden. all the stuff was very helpful.
