Beautiful hotel. Great rooms, location was close to the main beach and close to everything else as well. The best shower I've ever taken. They had a gym, which was small but better than nothing. Staff was excellent and courteous.

It’s excellent hotel!

The location was decent, not far from the sea, but the rooms were very small, and the bathrooms even smaller. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was à la carte, costing around 10 euros per person. I paid a tax upon arrival, but they asked for another one upon departure. I told them I had already paid, and then they asked for a deposit. I was about to leave and didn't understand what deposit was needed. I told them I had already paid for the room that morning, and then they let me go.

The rooms, food, and service at this international chain hotel were all up to standard and nothing to complain about. The location was also good; a local art museum was just a 2-minute walk away. They provided three complimentary bottles of water and free use of the minibar daily, which is quite generous considering hotels in Europe are generally rather stingy. There was also a staff member at the entrance to help with luggage. The only downside was the small breakfast area; when it got crowded, there wasn't even room to stand and queue. One day, I received a rotten apple among the fruit available, which I quickly put back; I'm not sure if it was just for display or for guests. La Coruña, this seaside city, is very charming, safer than Barcelona, ​​and offers a much better travel experience than crowded big cities. Definitely worth a return visit!

The third adult's bed was neither a bed nor a sofa bed. A disaster. It was a single-person armchair with a narrow slatted frame. The reservation was for 3 adults, not 2 adults and a child.

The hotel is very close to the city center and very clean. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The restaurants downstairs are reasonably priced, much cheaper than in Barcelona.

The facilities are 5 stars. The shower with jets and different positions is luxurious, a pleasant experience. The only thing to improve would be the pillows on the bed. Highly recommended in general 🤩

In addition to the hotel being comfortable, all the staff treated us very well and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much.
